Terms & Conditions

 

Included:

  • Transportation from Edmonton to and from the hunting areas.
  • Hunting certificate and one license.
  • Hunt as per description with two hunters per guide.
  • Field care of trophies and meat.

 

Excluded:

  • Lodging and meals before and after actual hunting departure and return to Edmonton.
  • Shipping of trophies.
  • Alcoholic beverages.

 

Payment:

25% at time of booking.
25% latest 90 days before hunt.
50% latest 30 days before hunt.

Deep Lake Adventures Inc.

OR ask for details about direct deposit/Bank transfer

 

Upon receipt of the Order Form with 25% of your payment, we will confirm the booking by returning a signed copy of the Order Form.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

There is NO REFUND ON ANY PAYMENT, if YOU cancel a hunt, but you can transfer all payments to another hunter for the booked hunt. OR, you can use 50% of all payments for another hunt within ONE YEAR.

 

If WE have to cancel a hunt for any reason, 100% of ALL PAYMENTS are REFUNDED.
